Terms & Conditions
For the purpose of these Awards:
Primary includes Foundation level / Early Years schools working with pupils in the 3-11 age range. This covers schools in both the maintained and independent sectors. Secondary includes all types of secondary schools with pupils in the age range 11-18 yrs old. This also includes middle schools deemed secondary. The Church Schools Awards shall be permitted to exclude any nominee at any time at its sole discretion.
All nominations must be received by midnight on 4th November 2011. Nominations received after the closing date will not be accepted, nor will any that are incomplete on this date. Nominations are accepted only via the Church Schools Award website www.churchschoolawards.com. Any nominations emailed, posted or faxed will not be accepted. The Church School Awards accepts no responsibility for failure to submit nominations by the stated deadline or for incomplete nominations or those lost due to problems with the internet. Proof of completion is not proof of delivery.
All material submitted as part of any entry and the copyright thereof, as well as the rights of any interviews, shall become the property of The Church School Awards. No nomination or supporting material will be returned.
All entries give all consents necessary for The Church School Awards to produce publicity material based on the nomination, endorsement and judging report, which may be edited by the Church School Awards if required, and agree to participate without financial reward in interviews, which may be used by the Church School Awards in any form in the media worldwide.
The decision of the judging panels is final in every situation, as is that of the Church School Awards in all matters affecting the Awards, and no correspondence on this topic will be entered into.
Entry to the Church School Awards is deemed acceptance of these rules and agreement to be bound by them. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our general website terms and conditions.
The Church School Awards reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
