The Church School Awards will be launching it’s 2011/12 event later in the Summer Term. We are still at the early stages of planning BUT we will be opening the event to schools across the UK, not just England and Wales, and are in talks with the Scottish Catholic Education Service about them joining the Church School Awards. We plan to hold the 2011/12 Gala Event in London on Thursday 22nd March 2012.
The Church School Awards were established by Emmaus Recruitment, the Church schools recruitment service, and are supported by the Church of England's National Society, Methodist Children & Youth, the Catholic Association of Teachers, Schools and Colleges (CATSC), the Scottish Catholic Education Service, Northern Ireland's Council for Catholic Maintained Schools (CCMS), aid and development organisations including CAFOD, Christian Aid, World Action in Methodist Schools, World Aims and many other supporters.
